- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 4-6 tbsp coconut aminos
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve on lettuce leaves, top with tomatoes and/or avocados.
