Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1# ground pork, chicken, or beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 4 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 9 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- In a large 5-6 qt pot, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until cooked halfway through.
- Add shredded cabbage, onions, ginger, pepper and garlic. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the remaining vegetables, coconut aminos, vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook until all veggies soften.
- Season with salt and pepper.
