Ingredients:
- 1 cup (227g) lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup (74g) lukewarm milk
- 3 tbsp (43g) butter
- 3.75 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp (35g) granulated sugar
- 1.5 tsp (9g) table salt
- 1.5 tsp active dry yeast or instant yeast
- Weigh flour.
- Add ingredients in order: water, milk, butter, flour, sugar, salt, yeast
- Program the machine for basic white bread and hit start.
- When the loaf is done, remove pan from machine. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes, then gently shake the pan to dislodge the loaf and allow to cool.
Store, well-wrapped, on the counter for 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
